Procedure

Excerpt from the land value map online with BORIS.HH:

• You select the desired land value reference date on the map.
• You are looking for the property to be valued on the map.
• You select the standard land value that corresponds to the use.
• You enter the data for the property to be valued, such as the size of the property, the position of the building and the number of floor areas relevant to the value.
• You read off the converted standard land value or print out the corresponding information.

Form of the expert committee LGV (HH):

• The form is filled out online and then submitted online.
• You will receive a PDF document with your entries for your records.

Excerpt from the land value card with informal application:

• You submit an informal written application to the expert committee for property values.
• The extracts requested will be prepared and sent to you.

• A written application may take 1-3 days to process.

Do you need standard land values for tax purposes, for example for property tax?
Do you have a general interest in the real estate market and want to find out more about land prices?
The office of the expert committee for real estate values publishes a land value map on the Internet, from which the user can create excerpts independently.
Alternatively, you can receive information or official excerpts from the land value map with an informal application to the office of the expert committee for property values or via the LGV (HH) expert committee form.
The standard land values are not binding unless otherwise specified or agreed.
