Procedure

You can make this notification in writing or with the help of an online service.
In written form:

• There is no special form for reporting. Under certain circumstances, as part of the granting of a required permit or when the company was notified, the responsible persons were notified to the competent authority before the start of operations.
• Changes will be communicated by means of an informal written declaration.
• In the written notification, the first and last name, address and date of birth of the person responsible are transmitted.
• After receiving the notification, the authority checks the responsibility and, in the event of non-responsibility, forwards the application to another authority.
• If corrections are required, corrections are requested.
• Once the correction has been made, the authorities will check the notification again.
• Finally, the display is archived in relation to the company.

As the owner, you must appoint a responsible person in writing to handle or trade with explosive substances. You must notify the responsible authority immediately of the name, address and date of birth of the responsible person appointed in writing.

The responsible persons to be considered are:

• supervisors
• Manager of an operational department
• authorized explosives
• foremen or foremen
• Specialist technical supervisors in explosive ordnance disposal
• warehouse manager
• Persons who bring, leave, store, use or receive explosive substances

The expiry of an order must also be reported.
