Application for a certificate of representation for a foundation

Prerequisites

If you are authorized to represent the foundation in accordance with the foundation's statutes and the information provided by the foundation or are an authorized representative, you can apply for a certificate of your power of representation.

• Proof of the composition of the foundation body authorized to represent you, if the documents from the responsible authority are not yet available.

Procedure

• You submit an application for a certificate of representation to be issued for the foundation.
• Together with the informal application, submit the evidence required by the statutes for the appointment of the foundation body authorized to represent you, if these are not already available to the authority.
• The authority responsible for foundation supervision will issue you the certificate if it has all the necessary documents.
• You will receive the certificate together with a notice of fees.

Administration fees are incurred for the issuance of the certificate, which depend on the effort involved and result from the fee schedule for official acts in the areas of association and foundation law.
