§ 69 Radiation Protection Act (StrlSchG)

If the radiation protection manager is a legal entity or a partnership with legal capacity, the tasks of the radiation protection manager are performed by the person authorized to represent them by law, the articles of association or the articles of association.
If the body authorized to represent consists of several members or if other associations of persons have several persons authorized to represent, the competent authority must be informed which of these persons is responsible for the tasks of the radiation protection officer.
The overall responsibility of all board members or members of the association remains unaffected.
