- extract from the central Register of trade and commerce
- certificate in tax matters
- Proof of professional liability insurance
- Certificate of competence
- at jur. Person: extract from the commercial register.

The certificate of good conduct, the information from the central trade register and the proof of professional liability insurance must not be older than 3 months at the time of the application. For the application and the required attachments, see also Doc. No. 41798 at www.hk24.de.
