Police clearance certificate for submission to an authority: (address; Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, Postfach 11 15 47, 20414 Hamburg, intended use - permit according to § 34d GewO -), information from the central trade register, certificate in tax matters, proof of professional liability insurance, certificate of expertise, at jur. Person: extract from the commercial register.
Please note
The certificate of good conduct, the information from the central trade register and the proof of professional liability insurance must not be older than 3 months at the time of the application. For the application and the required attachments, see also Doc. No. 41798 at www.hk24.de. According to the 'Law on the New Regulation of Insurance Broker Law', insurance brokers are only allowed to be commercially active if they are listed in the insurance broker register (www.vermittlerregister.info).
