Documents required
The following documents are required for the permit procedure:
- completed application form,
- copy of the current business registration,
- Current excerpt from the commercial register (if entered in the commercial register),
- Information/information from the central trade register for submission directly to an authority,
- Certificate of good conduct, document type OG, for submission directly to an authority with information on the purpose of the waste transport permit in accordance with § 54 KrWG,
- Proof of expertise, e.g. B. Relevant course certificates and evidence of previous practical experience.
Please note
Other waste transport activities e.g. B. with non-hazardous waste are usually to be reported according to § 53 KrWG.

Service description
A permit is required for the commercial transport and collection of hazardous waste. Section 54 of the KrWG and the Notification and Permission Ordinance regulate further details.
The following documents are required for the permit procedure: Completed application form, copy of the current business registration, current excerpt from the commercial register (if entered in the commercial register), information/information from the central commercial register for submission directly to an authority, certificate(s) of good conduct, document type OG, for submission Directly from an authority stating the purpose Waste transport permit according to § 54 KrWG, proof of specialist knowledge, e.g. B. Relevant course certificates and evidence of previous practical experience.
Other waste transport activities e.g. B. with non-hazardous waste are usually to be reported according to § 53 KrWG.
