As part of a determination procedure, foreigners and Germans can have the equivalence of their foreign professional qualification determined with a German qualification, which entitles them to exercise certain professions.

Complete submission of the following documents:
A tabular list of the training courses completed and the employment performed in German, a copy of the proof of identity, German translation of the certificate documents from publicly appointed interpreters, other certificates of qualification, evidence of the relevant professional experience listed, evidence that gainful employment is to be carried out in Germany.
