Service description
According to Section 29a BImSchG, the competent authority can order that the operator of a system requiring a permit, or a system within an operating area according to Section 3 Paragraph 5a, arranges for certain safety-related inspections and inspections of safety-related documents to be carried out. As a rule, a known expert is commissioned for this purpose.
