With a resident's certificate, you as the owner or other authorized person receive information about the condition of a property and the adjacent development system in terms of development contributions.

You can apply for the resident’s certificate without prior notice from the BWFGB’s residents’ contributions department by post, email ( Anliegerbeitraege@bwfgb.hamburg.de ) or via the Internet (online service). You will then receive the resident's certificate by post and also the notice of charges.

Service description
With an issued resident's certificate, you will receive information about the condition of a property in Hamburg in terms of contribution law. You will also receive information about future development contributions that have yet to be billed for the affected development system.
The residents' certificate can be requested informally and without notice from the responsible department for residents' contributions of the BWFGB. There is an online service for this. The issuance of a resident's certificate is subject to a fee.
