As an expert, you must meet the following requirements: Proof of special expertise, the necessary practical experience and the ability to produce expert reports; Orderly economic conditions; Entry in the Chamber of Craftsmen's Register; necessary facilities available. As an expert, you can also be publicly appointed and sworn in if you can provide evidence of many years of successful and qualified professional activity.
