No. However, official company numbers must be stated in the forms of the waste verification process such as disposal certificates, accompanying notes and acceptance forms. These forms must be completed before waste disposal begins. The waste producer number must therefore already be available to you at this point.

• You can apply for the waste producer number via the online service.
• The responsible authority first checks whether the information is complete and plausible and whether the necessary documents have been attached. If necessary, it will request information and documents.
• If the information and documents are complete and plausible, the authority will issue a company number and inform you of it.
