Have the emissions declaration recognized in accordance with the 11th BlmSchV
As the operator of certain systems that require approval, you are obliged to declare the air emissions emitted by your systems.
Important notes
Prerequisites
You operated a facility requiring approval during the declaration period.
Your system does not fall within the scope of § 1 of the 11th BImSchV as a system that is exempt from the obligation to declare.
If your system is put into operation, shut down or temporarily not operated during the declaration period, the declaration period includes the parts of the calendar year in which the system was operated.
Documents required
You can view the required content of the emissions declaration in Section 3 and in the appendix to the 11th BImSchV.
Please note
Air pollutant emissions affect air quality, can form acids in the environment or drive excessive accumulation of nutrients (eutrophication) in ecosystems. This can also put a strain on human health.
In the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) you can find out which companies have to submit an emissions declaration.
To simplify electronic reporting on environmental data, you as a reporting company can submit your data online via the “Company Environmental Data Reporting” (BUBE). BUBE is operated as a cooperation between the 16 states and the federal government under the administrative agreement for the development and operation of environmental information systems (VKoopUIS).
