The prerequisite for finding a wheelchair-accessible apartment is possession of an emergency certificate.

- Completed application for an emergency certificate and an income declaration for each person with income.
- Personal documents of all people belonging to the household

- If applicable, birth certificates of the children
- Current rental agreement
- Proof of income for the last 12 months
- Meaningful medical certificate with diagnoses

You are recognized as an urgent apartment seeker with the right to a wheelchair-accessible apartment and have the so-called urgency certificate.
For you, being recognized as urgently looking for accommodation means that our office will help you find accommodation within the scope of our possibilities.
For this purpose, you will receive a viewing and rental certificate for an apartment in due course after considering all the criteria to be taken into account.
As a rule, three applicants are nominated at the same time. The landlord then has the right to choose one of the proposed households.

Due to the tense demand situation for wheelchair-accessible apartments, no firm promises can be made regarding the period in which the offers will be made. A longer waiting time cannot therefore be ruled out.
