Service description
If your shooting club already has a firearms ownership card and you want to purchase other firearms that require a permit for the club in addition to the weapons registered there, you will need a permit. Permission is granted by the responsible authority through an entry in the weapon ownership card (pre-entry). With the preliminary entry you have one year to purchase the registered weapon that requires a permit.
In the application for a permit to further purchase a firearm, you only need to indicate what type of weapon and with what caliber you would like to purchase. Further information, such as the manufacturer and exact model, is not initially required. You only have to provide this information once you have purchased the weapon and have fulfilled your obligation to report the purchase of the weapon to the responsible authority. The gun dealer must also report that the gun was given to you.
You must demonstrate that you can safely store the weapon you wish to purchase.
