  • the candidates’ declarations of consent
  • the candidates’ certificates of eligibility (or, in the case of Union citizens, an affirmation in lieu of oath if necessary)
  • Minutes of the nomination meeting of the candidates
  • an affidavit about the convening meeting
  • If necessary, supporting signatures

Procedure

First, the necessary documents or forms must be requested from the responsible federal, state, district or district electoral office. All required information must then be provided on these documents. An online portal can be used for this if necessary. In the last step, the complete election proposal must be submitted completely and within the deadline.

Processing time

The submitting person usually receives an initial assessment of admissibility when submitting on site.

The final decision is made by the electoral committee responsible for admission.

Fees

No
