Service description
The Rainwater Infiltration Ordinance of December 23, 2003 regulates the exemption from permission for the seepage of rainwater on residential properties. According to this, the permit required under the Water Resources Act for the seepage of rainwater on residential properties no longer applies, provided that the relevant conditions are met. If these conditions cannot be met, a permit under water law must be applied for from the authorities for the environment, climate, energy and agriculture. To apply, please use the application form under Downloads. All the important documents and information on how to apply can be found in our leaflet .
