Service description

At the 9 stations on the Elbe, Bille, Alster, Wandse, Tarpenbek and Ammersbek, the chemical-physical parameters oxygen content, pH value, conductivity, turbidity and temperature are automatically and continuously recorded around the clock.

In the particularly important stations Bunthaus, Seemannshöft and Blankenese on the Elbe, the station Fischerhof on the Bille and the station on the Wandse, a biological early warning system is also operated that can detect toxic substances in the water.
