Processing time

Processing time for you in the online application process: 10-15 minutes


Processing by us: The processing time depends on the number of ongoing applications and their scope. On average, processing an application takes around 4 to 8 weeks.

Fees

The fees are charged in accordance with No. 7.1 and 7.3 of Annex 1 to the Building Fees Ordinance (BauGebO). The BauGebO provides for a budget of between €500 and €7,500 for approvals in individual cases or project-related type approvals. A fee payment obligation also arises in the event of rejection or withdrawal of the application.

An objection to a decision can be raised within one month.
