Service description
The investigation sites are determined upon request after a technical examination, which is based on the specialist module waste. This specialist module regulates the requirements for the quality of inspection bodies within the framework of the recycling / waste law of the federal and state governments as well as the ordinances issued in this context - as well as the biowaste ordinance. The personnel, operational and technical requirements for the examination centers are laid down. The fulfillment of the requirements according to the specialist module is a prerequisite for mutual cross-border recognition of the notification. In waste management, notification refers to the application for a permit for the cross-border shipment of waste within the EU.
