Please note
The online service is only intended for commercial operations with manure, slurry or silage seepage systems.
Deadlines
The notification must be submitted at least 6 weeks before commissioning, decommissioning or carrying out significant changes to the system.
Procedure & Fees
Procedure
- You report the change of ownership in writing to the responsible authority or use the online service.
- The responsible authority will check your report and, if necessary, request any missing information or documents.
- Your report will be saved with the responsible authority.
Processing time
The processing time depends on the quality and scope of the documents submitted.
Fees
The costs for the official examination of the advertisement are 75 - 1,500 EUR, depending on the type and scope of the advertisement.
