Prerequisites

The service is available to all operators of heating oil consumer systems.

Documents required

The required documents depend on the type of heating oil consumer system. They will be named in the course of the online registration.

Please note

The obligation to notify applies to heating oil consumer systems in private households if they are located within water protection or flood areas.

Deadlines

The notification must be made before commissioning or a significant change to the system.

Fees

The online registration is free of charge. If further processing of your ad is required, fees may apply.


An administration fee according to the Environmental Fees Ordinance, Annex 1, No. 3.41.6 UmwGebO is to be paid for the examination of a notification according to § 40 AwSV.

Objections to a decision can be filed within one month of notification.

Heating oil consumer systems are also among the systems for handling water-polluting substances. These are systems for storing, filling and, in the commercial sector and public institutions, systems for using heating oil. Among other things, information about the containers, the safety devices and the pipes is required.
