No personal data is saved. In order to complete the registration as a prostitute, a second step via the specialist office for advice, permits and registrations under the Prostitute Protection Act (FA*BEA Pro) is necessary.

Deadlines

Prescribed in the Prostitute Protection Act (ProstSchG): Advice before starting work, repeated annually and for those under the age of 21 every 6 months.

Procedure

There is personal, confidential advice on health issues in sex work. This requires an appointment by telephone or in person. If available, please inform us of the need for language mediation.
On site: Registration at reception, advice, issue of the certificate.

If you work as a sex worker in Hamburg, you must register under the Prostitute Protection Act. To do this, you first need a health consultation. The advice offers information on the following topics: prevention of infectious diseases and other diseases, contraception and pregnancy, use of alcohol and drugs, help and support if you are in need or in special circumstances.

The health advice is confidential and subject to confidentiality. A certificate of advice will be issued.
