Please note
As a new operator, you are responsible for reporting this. When reporting the change of operator, you must provide both your data and the data of the previous operator. You must provide proof of the change of operator.
Deadlines
The notification must be made no later than six weeks before the final change of operator takes place.

- You report the change of ownership in writing to the responsible authority or use the online service.
- Attach documents to your notification that prove the change of ownership.
- You will receive confirmation of receipt of your ad
- The responsible authority will check your documents for completeness and, if necessary, request any missing information or documents.
- Your report will be saved with the responsible authority
Processing time
It will take you about 10 minutes to file the complaint. The processing time in the responsible authority depends on the type and scope of the individual case.
