Would you like to register for a facility for handling water-polluting substances for the first time? Then you can do that with an online service.
Important notes
Prerequisites
The service is available to all companies with facilities that handle water-polluting substances.
Documents required
The required documents depend on the type of heating oil consumer system. They will be named in the course of the online registration.
This includes information about the operator, the location, the delimitation of the system, the water-polluting substances that are handled in the system, information about the containers, the safety devices, the pipelines and the building inspection usability certificates that are important for the safety of the system , necessary.
Deadlines
The notification must be made at least 6 weeks before commissioning or significant changes to the system.

Processing time
The processing time depends on the quality and scope of the documents submitted.
Fees
The use of the online service is free of charge. For the administrative service of examining a notification in accordance with AwSV, an administrative fee must be paid in accordance with the Environmental Fees Ordinance (UmwGebO).

Service description
Make the first notification of systems for handling water-polluting substances. If you build a new system, you must notify the water authority at least 6 weeks in advance. The obligation to notify does not apply if an official approval procedure or a suitability assessment under water law has already been or is being carried out.
