Procedure

In order to be able to change the determination of an event, you must first submit an application to the responsible authority. You can submit this application informally in writing or online.
Written procedure:

• You create an informal application and send it by post or email to the competent authority.
• If you have any questions or are incomplete, the competent authority will contact you.
• You will receive a notification after the examination.
• You will receive a fee notice.

Online service process:

• You call up the online service.
• You fill out the application form and send it off. The transmission to the responsible body happens automatically.
• The remaining steps are the same as in the written process.

Note: The costs depend on the type of event and the costs for the determination. It applies that the costs for the annulment amount to 20% of those of the determination.

As the organizer, you can have your fixed trade fairs, exhibitions or markets changed.
In urgent cases, the competent authority can temporarily regulate the time, opening times and location of the event, deviating from the determination.
