Service description
The agency for joint building ventures - we guide you through. Since 2003, the agency for building communities has been the central point of contact for everyone who is interested in building in a building community. The agency's staff will accompany you from the initial idea to implementation. They will explain to you how the administrative and financing procedures work, how to find a suitable building group and where there are vacant plots of land. The agency cooperates with experienced architects and construction supervisors who look after the respective interests of the groups. We would like to show you how you can achieve the goal of neighborly living in a building community. We will explain the modalities to you, give you tips and give you the names of contacts. Even if you would like to realize a construction project in subsidized housing, we are at your disposal as a contact person. If you are an individual or a single household and would like to live in a housing project, you can also use the links to find out more.
