If the well is drilled in an allotment garden, near an apartment building, on another piece of land that is used seasonally or within one of the designated water protection areas of Baursberg, Billstedt, Curslack/Altengamme, Eidelstedt/Stellingen Langenhorn/Glashütte or Süderelbmarsch/Harburger Berge , a fee-based water law permit/ exemption to be obtained.

Note : In accordance with the Ordinance Ordinance of 01.01.2006 (§ 5), the property owner is obliged to carry out investigations in the subsoil. Therefore, before the start of construction, you are responsible for the clarification of the suspicion of explosive ordnance, which is subject to a fee.
