Service description
The Stadtwerkstatt was set up in 2011 at the request of the Hamburg Parliament and has since supported the establishment and management of informal citizen participation formats in the city.
At regular intervals, it organizes open information and participation formats on important urban topics as part of its "Stadtwerkstatt" format series. In addition, she supports and advises the municipal institutions on questions of (informal) citizen participation.
For this purpose, among other things, the own online participation format DIPAS was designed and is widely used. These offers will be further expanded in the future.
Through the cooperation with other municipal institutions as well as other municipalities and cities in Germany, new needs-based applications and developments are created, which should create a special added value for the participation culture of the FHH in Hamburg.
