As a lessor, would you like to notify the responsible authority of the conclusion of a land lease agreement by submitting it or, in the case of a verbal conclusion of the contract, by notifying the relevant authority of the content of the land lease agreement?

Prerequisites
An agreement or a signed copy of the contract already exists.
Documents required
informal cover letter and if available a copy of the contract, otherwise handwritten description of the facts
Please note
The leaseholder is also entitled to report according to § 3 sentences 1 and 2.
Deadlines
The conclusion of a land lease agreement (or contract amendment) must be reported within one month of the agreement.

Legal remedies
An application for a decision by the responsible local court can be filed against official notifications within two weeks of delivery. The application can be submitted to the authority for the environment, climate, energy and agriculture, Neuenfelder Straße 19, 21109 Hamburg or the corresponding district court.
