Apply for a permit under water law for a sewage collection pit
Would you like to have a sewage collection pit built on your residential property in a water protection area? Then you can use an online service to have an exemption from the relevant water protection area ordinance approved.

Information on the planned septic tank and an excerpt from a field map / site plan with the entry of the plant location

Applications should be submitted four to six weeks before construction begins.

Registration online approx. 15 minutes.
A notification will be issued as soon as possible with the usual processing times.
Fees
A one-time administration fee is charged for the processing of applications as part of the environmental fee schedule. This depends on the official work and time involved in processing the application.

An objection can be raised against a decision within one month.
Legal basis
Granting of an exemption according to § 52 of the Water Resources Act from the prohibition of §§ 4 / 5 (7) of the respective water protection area ordinance.
