Documents required
The heat register is an interactive map that, for data protection reasons, shows aggregated information on heat demand, generation and distribution in its geographical distribution. This information can support needs and potential analyses, with which, for example, decision alternatives for efficient and cost-effective heat supply solutions can be shown. However, potential investigation results based on this information do not replace the need for detailed investigations.
Please note
The heat register is a tool for municipal heat planning, which offers a central information basis that is accessible to everyone. The aim is, among other things, to identify energy- and cost-efficient measures in a spatial area unit and to coordinate infrastructure measures through close integration of urban development and land use planning. In this way, efficient heat supply solutions can be suggested, particularly on the basis of settlement-structural characteristics.

This heat register is aimed at actors from politics, administration, business and civil society who deal with questions of municipal heat planning in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The stored data is continuously updated in an iterative process. So please let us know about your suggestions, requests and databases at waermekataster@bukea.hamburg.de .
