Procedure
- You can find out in advance whether a change of use may not require approval by taking advantage of a fee-based building consultation.
- To change the use of the property, you must submit a building application to the responsible authority.
- After the building application has been submitted by a person authorized to submit building plans, along with the documents required to assess the project, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.
- The responsible authority will examine your application and, if necessary, request any missing documents or information from you.
- You will receive written notification of the outcome of the examination.
Processing time
The processing time depends on the scope of the project applied for and can take 1 to 3 months after the required documents have been submitted in full.
Fees
Change of use in connection with which no or only minor construction work requiring approval is carried out: EUR 66.84 - EUR 3,600.00
For new buildings, conversions and extensions, the fees are based on the eligible costs or the production costs:
- for every EUR 1,000.00 of eligible costs: EUR 20.50
- for every EUR 1,000.00 of production costs: EUR 13.70
Minimum fee: EUR 64.70 in the simplified approval procedure
Minimum fee: EUR 129.40 in the concentrated approval procedure
Construction advice: 32.80 EUR
