Detailed description

Drinking water must be of such a nature that its consumption or use is not expected to cause damage to human health, in particular from pathogens. With the entry into force of the First Ordinance amending the Drinking Water Ordinance from May 3rd, 2011 to November 1st, 2011, a technical measure value was introduced for Legionella. Entrepreneurs and other owners of a house installation who supply drinking water in the context of a public or commercial activity must notify the responsible district office of large systems for heating drinking water. Please note

The establishment or commissioning of a water supply system must be reported in accordance with Section 13, Paragraph 5 of the Drinking Water Ordinance. Fees

Fees are charged based on expenditure (Section 6 in conjunction with the appendix to the fee schedule for public consumer protection).
