Studies at the Evangelical University include social science and diaconal-theological subjects. It combines the ability to act socially with personal orientation towards the faith and ethics of Christianity. The decision to be consecrated to the church office of a deacon and to join the brotherhood and sisterhood of the Rauhe Haus is made by the students at the end of their studies.
