Prerequisites
A special use permit can only be issued if
- Recreation seekers are not unreasonably impaired
- compatibility with the local conditions (upcoming construction and maintenance measures, surface properties, garden monument protection, concerns of disabled people and the neighboring neighborhood, etc.) are given
- Protection requirements of the Federal Nature Conservation Act do not conflict
- the use does not have a negative impact on the respective green and recreational area
There is no entitlement to a special use permit.
