Special uses in green spaces, building

Prerequisites

A special use permit can only be issued if

• Recreation seekers are not unreasonably impaired
• compatibility with the local conditions (upcoming construction and maintenance measures, surface properties, garden monument protection, concerns of disabled people and the neighboring neighborhood, etc.) are given
• Protection requirements of the Federal Nature Conservation Act do not conflict
• the use does not have a negative impact on the respective green and recreational area

There is no entitlement to a special use permit.

At least 6 weeks

Fees

Varies depending on the type of use; Minimum fee 53.60 euros.
