Care support points are advice centers that are jointly funded by the statutory health and long-term care insurance funds and the City of Hamburg.
The care support points work closely with the district's senior counseling service.
They advise and support people in need of help and care and their relatives competently and independently on all questions relating to care. The advisors working there help z. B. for questions about financing, questions about care in your own home, when filling out applications or when looking for a suitable home.
You can also get information here on questions that arise in the run-up to care, e.g. what help options there are if you can no longer take care of your household completely yourself.
In addition to such general information, you can also receive individual and comprehensive care advice at the care support center, if you wish. The consultants will then support you in coordinating individual steps and over a longer period of time.
