- Approval of professional large fireworks within a radius of 1.5 km from Fuhlsbüttel Airport (§15a LuftVO).

- Helicopter landings,
- Ascent of hot air and tethered balloons,
- Low-level flights,
- Exceptional permits for professional fireworks
- within a radius of 1.5 km from the outer boundary of Hamburg Airport and the Finkenwerder special landing site,
- which should climb higher than 300 m,
- which could pose a general danger to aviation
(In addition, a notification to the BGV, Office for Occupational Safety and Health, Explosives Department is always necessary).
