Detailed description

Submission of geographic base data from ALKIS® (official real estate cadastre information system) in pre-configured formats.


The graphic data are prepared in the formats DWG (DXF) in 1x1 km² tiles and NAS object-related export.


The factual data (e.g. owner data) is available in the formats Excel, as lists and as NAS object-related export.


For the submission of the personal data, which also includes the owner data, the client must demonstrate his legitimate interest.

Prerequisites

To provide personal data, which also includes owner data, you must demonstrate a legitimate interest.

Documents required

For orders containing personal data, the following documents are required for data protection reasons:

  • proof of eligibility or
  • a power of attorney from the landowner or the person with the building lease (see link power of attorney)

Please note

  • For an additional charge, data can also be delivered by email. In this way, DWG files as well as DXF files and NAS data sets can be obtained.
  • Support for the online portal is available via the email address lgvalkis-hilfe@gv.hamburg.de
  • Requests for data submission should be sent to the email address lgvdatenabgabe@gv.hamburg.de

Procedure

You can use this online service as a private individual and as a business customer.

  • In the online service, select the button “Online portal property cadastre”.
  • The red button "Start here" takes you to the online portal "Property Cadastre Information".
  • Here you can select and order the documents you want from your own PC at any time.
  • You pay the applicable fees by credit card or direct debit.
  • After completing the payment process, you will receive an email with an invoice/fee notice.
  • In another email you will receive a delivery note with a download link via which you can download the documents.

  • Submission of graphic data: 1-2 working days

  • Submission of factual data: 1 working week

Prices according to the price list of the LGV (PV-LGV) in the current version (see link).


ALKIS - selected Hamburg data are available for download free of charge in the transparency portal (see link).


Provision of data in NAS format by the LGV is subject to expenditure:


• Fees according to the fee schedule for official acts under the Hamburg Transparency Act (HmbTGGebO) (see link)


• Owner data is additionally billed according to the LGV price list (PV-LGV) (see link)
