Submission of geographic base data from ALKIS® (official real estate cadastre information system) in pre-configured formats.
The graphic data are prepared in the formats DWG (DXF) in 1x1 km² tiles and NAS object-related export.
The factual data (e.g. owner data) is available in the formats Excel, as lists and as NAS object-related export.
For the submission of the personal data, which also includes the owner data, the client must demonstrate his legitimate interest.

- Submission of factual data: 1 working week
Fees
Prices according to the price list of the LGV (PV-LGV) in the current version (see link).
ALKIS - selected data from Hamburg can be downloaded free of charge from the transparency portal (see link).
The LGV provides the data in NAS format at cost:
• Fees according to HmbTGGebO (see link)
• Owner data will also be added after
PV-LGV billed (see link)
