In principle, there are no deadlines to be observed. In order to receive care once the injury has occurred, the application must be made within one year of vaccination.

Legal remedies

Objections must be raised with the Authority for Labour, Health, Social Affairs, Family and Integration – Hamburg Supply Office, Adolph-Schönfelder-Straße 5, 22083 Hamburg. The objection must be submitted within one month after notification of the decision in writing, in electronic form in accordance with Section 36a (2) of the first book of the Social Security Code (SGB I) or for the record.

Vaccination damage is the health and economic consequence of damage to health caused by the protective vaccination that goes beyond the usual extent of a vaccination reaction.
