In individual cases - with evidence of a particular emergency - a loan can in principle also be granted to persons who do not receive any ongoing benefits under SGB XII. People who are entitled to benefits under SGB II (HARTZ IV / unemployment benefit II) should contact the ARGE. Evidence is required (bank statements, income and asset documents, protected income and assets).
