If you are in possession of a passenger transport ticket, you must always carry it with you and, if you lose it, arrange for a replacement immediately.
The application can only be submitted personally to the LBV if the owner has his main residence in Hamburg.

Only the driving license offices LBV-Mitte and LBV-Nord are responsible for the application.
Appointment booking
Appointments are booked via the LBV. Proceed as follows here:
1. Visit the website to book an appointment (see link below) and select the service group driver's license the service driver's license for passenger transport .
3. Use the location selection to display appointments at a specific location.
4. After selecting the location, use the calendar displayed to select a free appointment (date and time).
5. Now enter your name and email address for booking.
6. You will receive an email. Please confirm the appointment.
Please bring the appointment confirmation that you will receive with you to the appointment.
If all documents have been submitted in full, the passenger transport ticket can be taken with you immediately.
The application costs EUR 48.00. The fee is based on the fee schedule for measures in road traffic (GebOSt).
