Family Teams General Information

Regional family teams offer you, as expectant parents and families with infants and toddlers, help and support in coping with your everyday life with your newborn in difficult life situations.

Detailed description

Pregnancy and childbirth are often associated with great joy for pregnant women, expectant fathers, and young families, but also with many changes and uncertainties. This time can be challenging—especially if you're feeling overwhelmed, experiencing health or mental health problems, becoming a parent at a very young age, or facing social or financial difficulties.

In such situations, you can contact the family teams in Hamburg. These specialists will advise you on all questions relating to pregnancy, birth, life with your baby, and your child's development.

If you feel that you could use help during this phase of your life, contact the family team in your district.
