Disposal of energy-saving lamps and LEDs

Prerequisites

Easily removable lamps from old electrical appliances should also be collected separately.
Light bulbs and halogen lamps may be disposed of with household waste.
If you are not sure what type of lamp it is, please hand it in at an appropriate collection point.

Documents required

No documents are required.

Please note

Please only hand over your lamps/bulbs to the authorized employees at the recycling yards, the mobile collection of problematic materials, or take them carefully to the collection boxes in stores.

Energy-saving lamps and LEDs may only be handed in at approved collection and return points for environmentally friendly and resource-saving recycling.
Energy-saving lamps and LEDs must not be disposed of in the household waste bin.
