Entry of foreign professional associations in the company directory of the Chamber of Architects

Evidence must be provided upon request: 1. that the shareholders and legal representatives are lawfully carrying out the activity in question under the law of the company's home country, and 2. that the partnership agreement or statutes meet the requirements of Section 10 Paragraph 2 Numbers 1 to 6 and that professional liability insurance exists in accordance with Section 10 Paragraph 3.
