Upon request, it must be proven: 1. that the shareholders and legal representatives exercise the relevant activity lawfully in accordance with the law of the company's home country and 2. the articles of association or the articles of association meet the requirements according to § 10 paragraph 2 numbers 1 to 6 and a professional liability insurance according to § 10 paragraph 3 exists.
