You can contact the care complaints hotline, for example, if

  • You are annoyed about an outpatient or inpatient care facility in Hamburg,
  • You have problems with your nursing care insurance or
  • Authorities and institutions cause you grief when it comes to care.

This offer is available to you regardless of whether you are in need of care yourself, a relative or an employee of a care facility.



If the Care Complaints Hotline is not responsible for your concern, a suitable contact person will be assigned to you if possible.
