No documents are required to purchase the property card.

There are the following hints:

• Data and excerpts from the real estate cadastre and building encumbrance register can now be ordered online. For more options, see the sales channels link.
• The support of the online service “real estate cadastre” is provided by the data delivery and support team. Questions will only be answered by e-mail here - the e-mail address is: lgvalkis-hilfe@gv.hamburg.de
• Ordering by telephone is not possible.
• You can reach the property information and sales team on telephone number 040 42826 5720. Basically, we are responsible for all questions on the following topics:
  • Excerpts from the real estate cadastre
  • Excerpts from the register of building encumbrances
  • general information on the information procedure
  • processing times
  • the different distribution channels
  • and the different products
• Excerpts from the real estate cadastre are also available from the service centers for economic development, construction and the environment of the district offices.
• The tax office for transaction taxes and real estate gives information on the land appraisal.
• Operation may be suspended from approximately 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. during the nightly data update. In addition, maintenance can be carried out on the first Sunday of each month from approx. 8:00 p.m. to midnight.

Procedure

• Online: You can access the online service via the HamburgService link. The selected documents are called up there.
• The applicable fees are paid by credit card or direct debit.
• E-mail, fax or letter: an informal order is created.
• The extracts from the property card are then sent as PDF files by e-mail together with the fee notification or sent in paper form by post.

Processing time

On-line:

• Customer: About 15 minutes for selecting the product if the internet setting allows pop-up windows.


• LGV: 1-3 working days

Fees

The basis is the fee schedule for official surveying and the expert committee for property values in Hamburg in the currently applicable version.

The real estate map is the representative part of the cadastral documentation in the Official Real Estate Cadastre Information System (ALKIS).
In the real estate map, all parcels of land and buildings that are significant in terms of real estate law are shown in color with their spatial boundaries to scale.
The property card contains additional information such as B. Land appraisal results, parcel number and location designation of the land and buildings.
The information on land appraisal results may be necessary if you need graphic evidence of your property or building for a construction project or for lending purposes.
