Please note

You can purchase an Alster boat fishing license from January 1st of each year. The Alster boat fishing license does not replace the fishing license and the fishing fee and is not transferable.

The permit does not apply in the months of July and August. It is not allowed to fish with it in the canals assigned to the Alster area!

Procedure

1. Please fill out all the information requested in the online process.
2. Enter your account details for a direct debit.
3. Download and print out the permit certificate.

Processing time

The permit is issued directly digitally in the online process.

Fees

A fee of EUR 25.50 is charged for this notice in accordance with the environmental fee schedule, Appendix 1 No. 3.35. Payment of the fee within the online service is currently only possible by direct debit.

Legal remedies

The number of permits is limited, there is no surcharge for the current year.

Legal basis

The legal basis for this is Article 42, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Ordinance on Traffic in the Port of Hamburg and on other waters (Port Traffic Regulations - HVO) of July 12, 1979 in the currently applicable version as a supplement to Article 57, Paragraph 1 of the Shipping Routes Ordinance .
