If you run a veterinary home pharmacy, you must notify the Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection.

Detailed description

The Veterinary Drugs Act and the Veterinary Pharmacy Ordinance contain important provisions for the dispensing and use of veterinary drugs.

The Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection is the competent supervisory authority for the trade in veterinary medicinal products in veterinary medicine pharmacies, for pet owners, animal alternative practitioners and retail outside of pharmacies (pet shops).

The operation of a veterinary medicine cabinet must be reported to the authority for justice and consumer protection.
