The Hamburg Energy Guides offer you a personal initial consultation. These qualified and independent advisors will answer your individual questions, inform you about offers in Hamburg and point out current funding programs.
The consultation will help you with many topics, for example:

  • save electricity
  • improve indoor climate
  • clarify heating issues
  • Thermal insulation in old buildings
  • use of renewable energies
  • energy standards for new buildings
  • funding and regulations
  • adaptation to climate impacts

Please note

The Hamburg Energy Pilots are a joint offering from Zebau GmbH, the Hamburg Consumer Advice Center, the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts and the Federal Funding for Energy Consulting from the Consumer Advice Center. The project is promoted by the Hamburg Authority for the Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture and financed from climate protection funds.
The offer is aimed at private individuals, business people and professionals.
It includes:

  • A telephone hotline
  • lectures on energy topics
  • Personal energy advice in an exhibition at the Elbcampus of the Chamber of Crafts in Harburg
  • Personal energy advice at various locations in Hamburg, carried out by the Hamburg Consumer Advice Center
  • On-site energy checks and climate impact adaptation checks carried out by the Hamburg Consumer Advice Center
